1. Service Overview
paiment is a customer-profitability and AI cost-observability platform. It connects your AI usage costs to the customers, plans, and revenue data you provide, so you can see per-customer and per-plan margin, identify cost drivers, and track profitability trends. The service includes plan and subscription mapping, usage and cost reporting, API key management, and monitoring tools.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, or use the service for unlawful activities.
3. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to your selected package or custom agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Data Export
You may export your connected usage, cost, and workspace data in a standard format (CSV or JSON) at any time while the service is active. If your access ends — including if we discontinue the service — you have 30 days to export. After that period we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain billing records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Each party's total liability arising out of these Terms is capped at the fees paid or payable in the 12 months preceding the claim. This cap does not apply to a party's breach of confidentiality obligations, violation of applicable data protection law, or gross negligence or willful misconduct.
