1. Data We Collect
We collect account information, workspace configuration, AI usage metrics (such as provider, model, token counts, feature, and session identifiers), and the customer, plan, and subscription data you connect to the platform — including subscription price, currency, billing interval, and plan tier — which we use to attribute AI cost to customer revenue.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to compute cost-to-revenue attribution and profitability analytics, monitor reliability, provide support, and maintain security.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the subprocessors listed on our Security page, each engaged to help us deliver the service.
4. Data Retention
We retain usage, cost, and account data for as long as your workspace is active. If your access ends, or if we discontinue the service, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days of the end of the 30-day export window, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for billing records). You can request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your account and workspace data at any time by contacting privacy@paiment.tech. We will respond within 30 days. Data export is provided in CSV or JSON format.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, and maintain a breach-notification commitment. See our Security page for details on our infrastructure, subprocessors, and incident response.
